Usage Natural Whitening Mouthwash:

1. Fill the cap from the mouthwash bottle. Do not dilute with water.
2. Rinse your mouth for one minute and then spit out.
3. Do not swallow! The mouthwash should be spit out to prevent mouth bacteria and other residues from entering the intestines.
4. Children up to 8 years old should use the mouthwash under adult supervision, and from 8 years old, children can start using it themselves.
5. To keep gums and teeth healthy, use the mouthwash every day after meals.
