Water Purifier G1 – Planets Own

Water Purifier G1 from Planets Own is quickly and easily connected to your kitchen tap. When you want crystal-clear, healthy water, simply turn the black selector knob. The unit can be freely placed anywhere suitable on the kitchen counter and is easy to move. The G1 comes with a micro-spiral filter cartridge, available in different versions. You choose the cartridge that best suits your needs depending on your water quality. The micro-spiral filter uses six different purification methods combined in a single filter.

Very few people have access to crystal-clear glacier water or spring water free from pharmaceutical residues, heavy metals, pesticides, viruses, and other microorganisms. While it is difficult to fully purify water at treatment plants, you can now easily do it in your own kitchen with a micro-spiral filter. This allows you to create your own crystal-clear “glacier water” — free from unwanted contaminants while retaining the essential minerals naturally present in the water.

Fits kitchen taps with an external thread M22x1 or an internal thread M24x1. An adapter for this installation is included.

Kitchen taps with an external M22x1 thread or internal M24x1 thread are standard dimensions in Swedish households.

• M22x1 (external thread):
  This type of thread is located on the outside of the tap and is commonly used to attach accessories to the tap outlet. It is common in modern kitchen taps and may be prepared for accessories such as a dishwasher hose or a water filter/purifier that can be screwed directly onto the tap.

• M24x1 (internal thread):
  This version means that the thread is located inside the tap. It is also a standard type for kitchen taps and is used to attach accessories inside the outlet section of the tap, such as water filters or purifiers.

Can handle up to 25,000 liters under optimal conditions, provided the filter is regenerated a couple of times to extend capacity. Actual capacity depends heavily on the quality of the water before filtration. Always replace the filter after a maximum of one year.

Important information regarding uranium in water

If uranium is present in the water, a cartridge designed for hard water should be used regardless of whether the water is classified as hard or not. This provides the most effective purification. In areas with extremely high uranium levels — such as Uppsala, Köping, Enköping, and some other locations in Sweden and Finland — it is also recommended to limit the water flow through the filter to approximately half of the normal flow rate.
