This butter is made from cream from cows raised organically with pasture grazing, living as they are meant to live.

100% pure clarified butter. By making ghee, essentially all milk proteins and lactose are removed, allowing those who are sensitive to regular butter to typically consume this. It still contains traces of milk protein, so it should not be consumed by those with allergies.
