Zechsal Magnesium Foot Bath contains 100% pure and high-quality magnesium crystals specifically for foot baths. A foot bath is ideal for magnesium absorption, as the feet are excellent absorption points. Magnesium foot baths also help cleanse the body of toxins and are beneficial for various skin conditions. To maintain your magnesium balance, it is recommended to use the crystals about twice a week. Perfect before bedtime for a relaxing effect! Not suitable for use in electric foot spas.

Contents of Zechsal Magnesium Foot Bath, 750 g

Size: 750 g
Dosage and Use: Enjoy a foot spa twice a week for regular maintenance of your magnesium balance. If you have health concerns, we recommend a foot spa every other day, preferably in the evening before going to bed. Dosage: 125 grams in about 4 liters of warm water. Recommended temperature is 37°C. Duration: at least 20 minutes, preferably half an hour.

Note: Not suitable for use in electric foot spas (due to the corrosive properties of magnesium, which can affect steel components such as pumps).
